at the sale
A few things to keep in mind at the sale!
Please be respectful of the neighbors
- Only park on one side of the road
- Mind the signage posted near the sale
- Do not block driveways or mailboxes
- Do not leave trash behind
How do I pay?
We accept cash along with checks and credit cards with proper ID. We do not charge a service fee for using credit cards.
Please Note: We are now required to collect sales tax per the State of Georgia. Please bring your tax ID if you are exempt.
The sold table
As a courtesty to our patrons, we provide a place to store your treasures while you are shopping. This area is located near the checkout counter and is marked “Sold” Please do not remove items which others have placed here. You would not want them removing Your treasures!
No Refunds nor Returns
All sales are final. While we do our very best to ensure the items are in good working order for the sale, electrical outlets and gasoline are available for you to test and make sure for yourself
Bring your own help
Most of us are getting up in age and our insurance company will not allow us to handle merchandise which has been purchased. Please make sure you bring your own help, tie downs and hand trucks for loading your treasures. We can not help with ANY heavy lifting. All items must be picked up no later than 3pm the last day of the sale.
